Our service tech Todd was knowledgeable and professional. I am not the type of consumer to bemoan pricing, as I feel everyone deserves to make a living. But I do have high standards for the work done, I expect timeliness , professionalism and proficient services for my money paid.
I have received all of this with Sherlock and enjoyed the fantastic personal service from a "mom and pop" purveyor that you just don't get with larger company's. I would recommend them to you for your leak detection needs!

We have a spa pool, valves or jets in the deep end, valves in bottom step as you enter the pool. I've been convinced for the longest time there was a leak, as I've added so much water this rainy season in particular. Kevin and his helper determined the valves in the step area were the problem and capped them off. Then he found a lever out by the pool pump was defective (he recommended Gordon's pool service, on whom I always rely for repair); Gordon's had a new part ordered and a few days later the part was in and installed. I'm holding my breath, but I think Kevin found the problem. The fellows at Gordon also said Kevin is pretty good and recommend him to their customers having a problem with pool leaks.
Freddie was one of the most professional, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy contractors i have ever dealt with. He was respectful, on time and didnt leave one piece of mess behind. I will always call this company and him for any of my pool needs. The company owner should be very proud of the representation he gives the company and give him a big, fat raise!! Had a persistent leak. Sherlock found and repaired it. So thankful it took a few attempts as multiple leaks were found but it’s great to awake to a full pool. So grateful to Kevin and Dave!

Had a problem with my pool and Dave Tomec came out and took care of the problem very quickly and professionally. Dave diagnosed the problem, repaired it and the situation has returned to normal. If I ever have another reason (hopefully not) to need this type of pool service I will know who I can rely upon--Sherlock!!!
Shawn and Dave came to re-grout my pool tile. It had missing tile and broken tile and they fixed that problem and drained the pool to the bottom step and regrouted the stairs and the entire pool to look brand new. Before the left they cleaned and washed the whole lanai. I would highly recommend Sherlock Leak detectors. They did a great job.

Shawn arrived as scheduled. He was very pleasant and professional in explaining the leak detection process. He found a substantial leak in the light housing and made temporary repair. Then waited awhile to make sure repair was not leaking. Shawn explained that if he found no leak there would be no charge. Would definitely recommend Sherlock leak detection for your pool leak needs.
We kept adding water to the pool, we thought it was from evaporation after a few months I was at a grocery store and parked next to me was a truck with the name of Sherlock Pool Leak Detection, so I asked him for a business card. A few days later I decided I needed to call, they came out within a few days and found two large leaks, Today they came back drained the pool because of the severity of the leaks. tomorrow they will be back to resurface the whole pool. They were on time, and very business like. I'd recommend them to anyone.
